In Carnegie, Melbourne, Grouse Smoothie Bar is a beloved local café known for energising grab-and-go options, acai bowls, and smoothies. Expanding to Chadstone Shopping Centre, their wish is to reimagine their name and branding that promotes well-being, nourishing food, and community growth.

A blend of natural aesthetics with modern, eco-friendly design. Inspired by the robust and nurturing environment of a greenhouse, this kiosk aims to provide a sanctuary for health-conscious individuals looking to start their day with a nutritious boost. The design incorporates terracotta bricks and green metal framing, symbolizing the earthy, grounded nature of terracotta and the vibrant growth associated with greenhouses.
Cozy seating area adjacent to the kiosk with terracotta-tiled finished, complemented by wooden tables is available to encourage customers to relax and enjoy their meals.
The kiosk's design and branding emphasize health, nature, and sustainability. Curated earthy color tones, fruity illustrations, and doodle-inspired typography in signage and marketing materials are maximised to reinforce the concept of starting a healthy, elevated lifestyle in harmony with nature.
By combining the grounded warmth of robust material with unique spatial design on the counter top, the kiosk creates a visually striking and inviting space that encourages a healthy lifestyle and fosters a deep connection to the natural world.
